Our recruitment process

1

Video intro

We will provide 3-5 introductory question prompts, and you can record your answer in
any video format, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes.

Zoom interview

You will be interviewed by your manager and colleague. The interview takes 45-60 mins and you will be asked mainly fit and behavioral questions. 

3

Skill test

Finally, you’ll be invited to complete skills to gain a better understanding of your personality, accounting, and problem-solving skills. You will be paid for your time doing the tests.
