Conducting a smooth workflow like a maestro standing in front of the Philharmonic, Jasmine is our ever-kind and always-smiling Director of Operations at ICONAC. Born in Hong Kong but raised in the East Coast, Jasmine developed a passion for travel, culture, and adventure. Whether she’s hiking the foothills of Los Angeles, providing executive-level support from a skyscraper, or scootering through remote jungles, no environment is beyond her reach. If you spot someone smiling during Muay Thai practice, at a festival, or behind an oversized plate of Pad Thai, say hello. It just might be Jasmine.
Sharon Blalock

With a work ethic as big as her state, Texas-born and raised Sharon is the quiet force behind the company, helping it run smoothly as our Director of Operations. She entered the workforce before even graduating high school, and she loves finding ways for teams to be more efficient and effective. With five dogs (Zeke, Zoe, Bella, Bocephus, and Sophie), you’d think she’d have her hands full, but no, she loves animals! When asked who is easier to deal with: 'ICONAC coworkers or five dogs?' her silence confirmed what we all feared.

A Los Angeles native, Anat was drawn to ICONAC for its lifestyle, values, and collaborative work culture. As our Senior Account Manager, her little one proudly tells his friends that she “helps entertainers keep track of their money.” When she's not at work, Anat enjoys using her passport to explore new destinations and dreams of Wonder Woman as a roommate, both of which she considers solid investments with high returns.

Born and raised in the city that never sleeps, Dima is our NYC-based Accounting Manager. As ICONAC’s second hire, she can’t describe the joy that comes with watching the company grow during her tenure. A graduate of Berkeley, Dima was drawn to ICONAC for its specific focus on artists. Why work in 'regular accounting' when you can work in 'cool accounting'? Who doesn’t want to work with their favorite artists?! Detail-oriented, resourceful, and tenacious (like her Jack Russell, Lola), Dima is a foundational root to our family tree.
Madison Roby
Senior Accountant

Down-to-earth people are her pace, and rural Kansas is her place: Madison is our remote-living senior accountant at ICONAC. If you don't find her walking her pack of dogs, you might find her swimming in the ice-cold waters off the Oregon Coast, biking across the Great Plains, or maybe post-ride, enjoying a beer. Drawn to ICONAC for its high energy and growth, she loves 'doing the nerdy work' for rockstars remotely. This year, she hopes to start a CD collection and continue supporting pineapple on pizza.
Sam Stillwell
Staff Accountant
Sam
After living the van life for a bit, hitting 22 states and 19 national parks, Sam returned to Tampa and dug her heels in as our Staff Accountant. Why? Beaches and theme parks within 30 minutes. Makes sense. Loving to work with numbers, and particularly taking joy from contributing to client success, Sam was drawn to ICONAC as it checked all the boxes. If you see a boat whizzing past with a Pit Bull and a one-eyed, six-toed cat, it’s probably Sam.
Nicholas Aliantro

Born in Atlantic City and now based in the vibrant artist community of Philadelphia, Nicholas Aliantro found his way to ICONAC through his love for the electronic music scene, especially the dubstep community. As our Treasury Manager, Nick excels in client cash flow management, thoroughly enjoying the dynamic interactions and problem-solving opportunities with clients and artists alike. Outside of work, Nick is passionate about music, his cats (Fairy and Fern), and the endless debate over the best Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich between New York and New Jersey. Whether at a warehouse show or managing finances, Nick is a person you want on your team.

Lluvia would tell her niece that she 'pays people's bills,' but the larger truth is she’s a friendly and curious global resident who has lived in Tokyo, Panama, Boston, and now Las Vegas serving as our Accounts Payable Specialist. Drawn to the amazing people working at ICONAC and the industry focus on music, she’s a perfect fit. Currently learning the piano and still unpacking the power of Beyoncé’s The Renaissance Tour, Lluvia is always on the go, filling her days with new experiences.

Classically trained as a vocalist, there’s no one else you’d want raising their voice for you when you’re owed money. Yvonne, our Accounts Receivable Specialist, is creative, dependable, and empathetic, with a passion for singing and songwriting, she’s the perfect fit at ICONAC. A Los Angeles local, her favorite part of the job? 'Working with talented musicians and going to shows!’

How do you make sure your clients are compliant on their taxes? You literally hire Mark, our Tax Manager, away from the IRS, where he served as an Internal Revenue Agent. It’s like having a personal chef or Jackie Chan as your bodyguard! Queens, NYC-born and raised, Mark loves the peace of his Ozone Park neighborhood, which serves as his hub. As a self-described introvert and traveler, the remote culture of the company is the perfect fit for him and his Pomeranian, Sura.

Whether ATV-ing through the jungles of Costa Rica on surfing trips or hot air ballooning above Aztec pyramids, London-based Business Manager, Mark is always up to something adventurous. After graduating from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management, Mark has lived across the UK and in Thailand.
An avid record collector and DJ, Mark was drawn to ICONAC’s focus on management within the music industry and the opportunity to personally support incredibly talented artists.

A full-time family man, Phil resides in St. Augustine, FL, where the weather and beach are perfect year-round. As our Foreign Tax Manager, Phil provides back-office and business solutions for all our clients, whether they are musicians, directors, or general creatives. A musician himself, Phil’s favorite part of the job is watching the growth of friends and artists he’s worked with in the past.

As our Client Services Associate, he provides support to clients and artists, thriving on finding creative solutions to the headaches of daily life. You’re a rockstar—you don’t want to deal with finances and business tasks day to day; someone’s got to live the dream! Likable, passionate, and reliable, Anthony is always happy to help.
