Stephen Pell is the visionary co-founder of ICONAC and CEO of ICONAC UK. Stephen founded the company with two key aspirations: to harness his creativity in building a tech-first, value-driven organization and to work alongside creative individuals who have been his greatest sources of inspiration.
Under Stephen’s leadership, ICONAC has evolved into a multinational enterprise, with offices in the UK, New York, and Los Angeles. The company boasts a global reach, serving a diverse clientele and employing a talented international team.
Stephen has crafted a robust framework and operational ethos inspired by the world’s most successful tech companies. Stephen is also co-founder of Neoeco, a technology start-up in sustainability accounting.
Sarah Anderson
Director of Operations
Splitting her time and lifestyle between the dynamic cities of London and Leeds, Sarah serves as our UK Director of Operations. Born and raised in Leeds, she quickly found her calling in the world of entertainment. From a kids’ party planner to a finance director and even a documentary producer, Sarah embraced a variety of roles as long as they brought joy and excitement
Sarah was drawn to ICONAC’s entrepreneurial and forward-thinking approach to management. She is passionate about helping our clients focus on their music while she handles the operational complexities.
In 2023, she enjoyed the ultimate career perk; she introduced her dad to The Killers, an event that she claims cleared her “parental tab” for all the years of teenage moodiness he tolerated.
Jamie Selby
Head of Client Services
Hailing from the picturesque countryside of Wiltshire, Jamie oversees Client Services at ICONAC. Whether you need someone to manage your accounts, handle your finances, or navigate taxes, Jamie is your go-to person. His favorite aspect of working at ICONAC is seeing clients succeed. With previous experience in business management roles and a Mathematics degree from Exeter, Jamie excels in providing crucial support to our music and entertainment clients.
Bethany Thackray
Head of Accounting
Sheep-spotting from her window in Hurworth, Bethany serves as our UK-based Account Manager. While her children amusingly think she spends her days literally counting people's money, her role at ICONAC is far more dynamic. Bethany finds joy in helping artists from around the globe achieve their financial goals, possibly while counting their large piles of money in a DuckTales-esque Money Bin.
Inspired by the diverse personal interactions across multiple sectors, Bethany is not just kind and helpful but also brings a touch of sarcasm to her work. Although she left her heart at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, it’s so big that even the distance hasn’t made it skip a beat... Awww!
Rebecca Barnes
Account Associate
Driven by the simple reward of happy client emails, Rebecca is our Chichester-based Account Associate, dedicated to helping clients manage their finances so they can thrive. Her fascination with financial management for entertainment clients may have started at 18, when she saw the Backstreet Boys. "Has AJ McLean diversified his portfolio recently? Does Kevin know about long-term financial goals?" We can only assume these questions fueled her journey into the field.
Most of her adult life is now a balancing act between “keeping the kids alive” and making time for her two beloved pets: Pogo, the three-legged calico cat, and Bramble, the energetic cocker spaniel.
